Aaron Tredwell is a photographer and filmmaker whose work has appeared in the New York Times, Marie Claire, Architectural Digest, among other publications. He's captured events for Sotheby's, Nickelodeon, Adidas and Converse.
A native of North Dakota and Maine, Aaron initially pursued acting in New York, which sparked his interest in film and photography. Having sat for several headshots, he's committed to capturing people as they are -- on their best days.
Aaron is currently at work on the documentary SHAPE UP with Derrick Middleton about young gay men finding their place in black barbershops, as well as a feature film based on his experience as a New York City dog walker. He lives in New York City with his wife Janet Mock.
